Meet your Practitioner.

My name is Ashley Lancaster.

I am incredibly passionate about the body’s ability to heal itself!

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (UT #10097265-4701) who graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School in 2016 and have been consistently practicing ever since. I did my Level-1 certification for Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute in 2018, and plan to continue specializing in this field for the rest of my career as I feel strongly that this work has the capacity to transform people’s lives.

My approach is centered around increasing and improving the communication and connection we have with our bodies.

I believe the body can be one our greatest allies, instead of our worst enemy. It is my desire to help you create and have that beauty for yourself.

My greatest source of inspiration is Earth. All of her plants and ecosystems, creatures, crystals, and creations.

It is absolutely marvelous!

The Earth has taught me about diversity and the need to honor and respect it, care for it and protect it. The foundation of a Great Life in my opinion relies on access to Joy, the ability to Play, to Laugh and Dream, and to express our Inner Essence through whatever medium calls to us.

Pain, whether physical or emotional, can limit our access to a sense of vitality and a vibrant life. In seeing so many people I love hurting, I’ve made it my mission to understand how to assist the body in easing its pain, finding nourishment, and restoring vitality.

May we find more room, energy, avenues and resources to celebrate our time, living and breathing, moving with the Ebb & Flow as we Grow.

Every Body is Truly Unique.

I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1997 and have called this beautiful valley home for most of my life. After graduating from massage school, and working in Millcreek at a wellness practice, I decided to move to Portland, Oregon in 2017 to live with and be close to my sister. I got a lot of experience working full time for a membership style massage studio, a Finnish inspired Sauna & Spa called Loyly, as well as opening my first private practice at the beginning of 2020 - while also working at a rock climbing gym!

I truly loved my time in Portland yet ultimately decided to move back to Utah to be closer to my family. I feel very fortunate to be a witness of the Wasatch & Oquirrh mountain ranges despite my deep longing for the forests of the PNW.

I’m currently working for the Mountain Spa up at Solitude Ski Resort part-time to be in the beauty of the mountains. There I have the opportunity to do mud wraps and other fun spa treatments, and slowly improve my snowboarding.

Fun Fact: I was the manager of an axe throwing league for a few seasons upon moving back to Utah!
